Full Support include a delivery tab next to each product that informs of expected delivery for the item. In the event of a delay in delivery we will inform you of this by email. In general most items are delivered within 2-5 working days, but in times of high demand some items may take up to 4 weeks. If you would like to make a return, please contact us on 01933 672180 to discuss your issue. Once agreed, you must return the goods to us (in their original packaging) within 14 days of receipt, at your cost. Depending on condition and reason for return we may offer a refund in full, part or exchange.
Returned goods must include all relevant components, including any promotional items received at purchase.
Certain goods may not be suitable for posting through your local Post Office. If this is the case, we can arrange a carrier pick-up service; however this will be at your cost – up to a maximum of £20.
